This... is me
Hi! I am Angelica Clay, a young teen who can't shut up online, but keeps her lips zipped in public (even though I talk the ears off of my family members). I love words (especially on paper), and pens and ink and notebooks and grammar, and, in particular, British spellings and punctuations. You'll easily get on my good side if you happen to love Marvel, Lord of the Rings, the Richard Hannay series, or a number of other books and movies. I also love Jesus Christ and mean to stay true to Him no matter what. You can also find me on ywp.nanowrimo.org, fanfiction.net, or pinterest under the name Phillip Callaway, or just contact me by the contact section of this blog, and discuss books, movies, or your own creations. If you think I'm super weird, I have an excuse. I'm homeschooled.
I support traditional marriage. I support life, and the undeniable right of every human to have it freely. I believe that God is working a revival on the internet for the glory of His kingdom. If you would like to know more about this, contact me using the contact page. |
This is my blog
I am by no means an expert in writing, though I'm told that I write well. These posts are just a sort of diary in which I intend to write some of the things that I have learned during my journey as a writer. I hope to post at least once a week (though I may take vacations from time to time) and will always be available to talk if you message me using the contact page.
This blog's main purpose is to glorify God through writing. I truly believe that there is one Author of all stories and that every story reflects to some degree His perfect truth. My aim in my writing is to reflect that truth in a wholesome inspiring way and to touch hearts with my words. The power of words is truly great, and my dream is to inspire others to use them wisely, productively, sensitively, and passionately. Words can lift up and throw down, and I sincerely hope that every word typed on this website lifts the readers up in some way. For this reason, I'd like to ask that all comments are respectful and constructive, and that the words written here are edifying to all involved. Thank you for your cooperation. I will have several different posts weekly (hopefully). Every Wednesday is Workout Wednesday when I post a writing exercise I have used and found effective. Every Saturday is my end of the week post, where I share an article on some aspect of writing. Please note this is a new blog, and I've had no previous experience blogging. It will probably be sort of sporadic to begin with and may have some glitches. Please bear with me as I make changes and try to iron out problems. Thank you. |
